Why do I have to provide flight details in the booking process?
We ask for your flight details so we know when to expect you at your selected Pick-up Point. This ensures your bed linen (if booked) will be ready for you upon arrival, making the start of your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible.
We recommend selecting the Pick-up Point closest and most convenient for your travel route. In most cases, our Pick-up Point near Keflavík Airport is the most practical choice—it’s open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Once selected, please remember to pick up your bed linen from the chosen location, as changing Pick-up Points on the spot when you need the bed linen is not possible.
