The booking process
Do I need a mobile phone during my trip in Iceland?
Yes, we strongly recommend having a mobile phone available during your trip. This allows us to reach you with important updates if necessary, and lets you contact us easily if you need any assistance during your stay.
Most areas in Iceland have reliable mobile network coverage. Iceland is part of the EU roaming area, so visitors from European countries often enjoy the convenience of using their home provider without additional roaming charges. To check coverage or roaming options, please visit one of the Icelandic mobile phone companies: Siminn.is, Vodafone.is, or Nova.is.
