Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking at any time. Cancellation fees vary depending on how far in advance you cancel your booking. For details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
If you unexpectedly cannot travel, please inform us as soon as possible—even if it’s only a few days before your planned arrival.
We also recommend considering travel cancellation insurance. For more information, please contact your insurance provider.
