It is small but very functional - perfect for two people. The coast is only a few steps away.
The house has one open bedroom on the second floor (attic) and in basically has the atmosphere of a studio apartment. The living space consists of a living room with a kitchenette with two hot plates and a mini refrigerator. Free WIFI. WC/Shower.
After a day of sightseeing sit on the small terrace and enjoy a meal from the BBQ, or take a relaxing walk around town and to the magnificent beach.

Eyrarbakki was a significant fishing and trading place for many decades. Today only around 600 people live in this small village. You can see many old, lovely restored houses.
The village has a small shop and some restaurants. It is only 12 km from the bigger town Selfoss where there are many shops, supermarkets and an outdoor geothermal swimming pool. Eyrarbakki is also only a short drive from the small town of Hveragerði, known for its greenhouses and geothermal cultivation.
