Marjolein»This house is located in a valley with other holliday homes. The decor is functional. The beds were good. It's location is a plus. Husavik and the Mývatn area are a 1 hr drive away. Akureyri is a nice little town with some museums that are worth a visit. Don't take the toll tunnel, take the longer way round for the views (and save yourself some money). The house has a bedroom with a double bed and 3 single beds upstairs. Its a bit if a steep climb to get up there, but we managed. The bathroom is very small and functional. The water nice and hot. The deck outside is a really nice space to hang out when the weather permits.«
